Brand Construction provided new flooring & paint for this project. The second floor of the office consisted of wood-framed floor joists with wood decking and glue down carpet. The Customer was not pleased with the noise that could be heard on the first floor while people were walking upstairs so we came up with the noise deadening solution of installing 8mm rubber flooring which solved the problem.
